เกจวัดน้ำยาแอร์refco has agreed to amass National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US producer of industrial vacuum pumps and packages for cell use on tanker trucks.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs around a hundred folks.
“The acquisition will add to our vacuum solutions portfolio, allowing us to enter the at present untapped mobile vacuum market,’’ mentioned Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
When the acquisition closes, National Vacuum will become a part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, within Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique enterprise area.
