Adam Bates, water market area director of gross sales at KSB Inc, now has complete accountability for the company’s municipal water enterprise.
With this role expansion, Julie Ballard, challenge engineering supervisor, and Lukas Widhalm, software engineering manager, are reporting to Bates.
After joining KSB in 2017, Bates served as southeastern regional manager earlier than changing into the water market area director of gross sales in September 2020. Prior to KSB, Bates held positions in gross sales management/operations and enterprise growth inside the North American industrial and municipal water market.
