Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional sales supervisor for North and Latin America, focusing on the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new role, Smith will strengthen buyer dealing with initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside groups to increase across the C&I area.
Smith comes to Sundyne with more than 30 years of expertise in selling extremely engineered equipment and service options to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has labored extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish users within the renewable power, oil & gasoline, petrochemical, chemical and power technology markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice president of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed strategies to strengthen & develop distributor sales, whereas also overseeing coaching and functions help. He previously served as a regional gross sales supervisor for EKATO Systems. Smith started his career at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has additionally labored with midstream oil & fuel OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
