Danish pump manufacturer Svanehøj has launched its newly developed environmentally friendly Flow Control system, which automates the management of electrical cargo pumps on tankers.
The launch of the newly developed software-based control system follows a profitable test in collaboration with the Swedish shipping company Furetank on the P&C tanker Fure Ven. The 18,000 DWT vessel was inbuilt 2019 as certainly one of Furetank’s V-Series, a model new era of climate-smart P&C tankers.
