Biological father of lacking baby in Thailand to be charged with statutory rape

The disturbing case surrounding a lacking eight-month previous child in central Thailand’s Nakhon Pathom province is continuing. The baby’s biological father, fifty five 12 months outdated ‘Jae,’ is to be charged with statutory rape of the baby’s mom, 16 12 months previous Philaiporn Korcharoen. Expires , Torsak, is reported to have been lacking since February 5.
On February 17, Thai media reported that Philaiporn’s partner, 19 year old Sittichok Choksaengsawang, was not Torsak’s organic father. Instead, Jae was discovered to be the daddy. Thai PBS reported yesterday that Jae is to be charged with statutory rape. Jae had intercourse with Philaiporn when she was 15 years old.
Deputy nationwide police chief Pol. Gen. Surachate Hakparn, aka ‘Big Joke,’ said the investigation found that Sittichok lured Philaiporn into having sexual activity with ‘Jae’ in change for cash. ‘Jae’ is a good friend of Sittichok’s father.
According to Big Joke, Jae and Sittichok admitted to committing the alleged offences. Jae might be charged with statutory rape, while Sittichok might be charged with procuring an underage lady for prostitution, Big Joke said. Jae shall be held on remand in Nakhon Pathom jail.
Philaiporn has given inconsistent statements and is behaving suspiciously, Big Joke mentioned.
Big Joke also acknowledged that it’s unlikely that anybody entered the house the place the baby lived, regardless of initial claims by Philaiporn that a man in a yellow shirt had taken her baby. The mother has since admitted that the person doesn’t exist, and is now claiming to not know something. Doctors on the local health clinic had advised Philaiporn and Sittichok to take Torsak to the hospital on the day he went lacking, as his temperature had risen to 39 degrees Celsius. However, the mom ignored the recommendation and took the infant house as a substitute.
As the investigation continues, the focus has now narrowed down to Philaiporn, as a result of her inconsistent statements..
