German pump manufacturer Lewa has added to its product range with two new pump sizes in its Ecosmart diaphragm metering pump range for use in purposes with higher move rates to be used within the chemical industry and industrial wastewater treatment.

In addition to the LCA version, the Ecosmart may also be obtainable within the more highly effective LCC and LCD versions in the future. While the LCC model can meter up to 1,000 l/h, Lewa has designed the LCD for a circulate rate of as much as 2,000 l/h.
เกจวัดแรงดันลม10bar of similar parts inside the Ecosmart product family keeps manufacturing prices low. At the same time, a excessive stage of safety could be guaranteed by focusing on all important design options such as the strain relief valve or the proven sandwich diaphragm with continuous monitoring.
In order to have the flexibility to supply the Ecosmart for applications with higher circulate rates, the engineers at Lewa began developing two extra, bigger pump variants in 2019. The aim was to scale up the Ecosmart to larger applications whereas retaining the protection levels and prime quality Lewa parts without considerably growing funding costs.
Among the changes have been bigger plunger diameters which have been chosen for the smaller LCC variant, so that up to 1,000 l per hour could be conveyed as an alternative of 300 l per hour. In the case of the more highly effective LCD model, engineers decided to extend the stroke size so that a maximum circulate fee of 2,000 l per hour could possibly be achieved. Both pump sorts can work in opposition to a maximum working stress of fifty bar.
After profitable completion of all tests and last changes, the Ecosmart version LCC is now on the market, the LCD model will follow in mid-2022.
