Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour point depressant pumps which might be 18m in size and the opposite four are methanol carry pumps that are 10m long.
All of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors which were designed and built alongside the size of the pumps to watch the temperature of each bearing individually.
The 18m lengthy pumps incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches each pump to its tank throughout set up guaranteeing that as the pump is lowered into the tank it stays completely aligned, decreasing vibration and put on during operation.
Once assembled, the pumps had been independently witness examined and certified by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. The pumps were then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore the place the FPSO (floating production storage and offloading unit) is being built.
ร้านซ่อมเครื่องวัดความดัน and installation had to align with the FPSO build schedule. Because of the length of the pumps, they needed to be installed into the vessel’s tanks via the deck earlier than another deck above the pumps could presumably be constructed. The first part was completed successfully over the Christmas period with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning staff supporting the shopper with the set up and commissioning.
The FPSO shall be positioned within the KG-DWN 98/2 subject, approximately 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. The vessel is designed to provide up to 90 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It might be geared up to deal with the monsoon conditions prevalent at the area.
