เกจ์วัดแรงดันลม has agreed to acquire National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US manufacturer of business vacuum pumps and packages for mobile use on tanker vehicles.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs around a hundred folks.
“The acquisition will add to our vacuum solutions portfolio, permitting us to enter the currently untapped cell vacuum market,’’ said Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
When the acquisition closes, National Vacuum will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, inside Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique business space.
