Trillium to acquire Termomeccanica Pompe

Trillium Flow Technologies is shopping for Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing company that serves the ability, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two companies have signed a joint settlement that may deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers collectively underneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will concentrate on developing the ecological and fuel compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
