Sulzer sanctioned in Poland

Sulzer has to temporarily suspend the activities of its two authorized entities in Poland – Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Poland and Sulzer Turbo Services Poland – due to sanctions levied by the Polish government on its Russian minority shareholder Viktor Vekselberg.

The Swiss engineering group believes that the sanctions against its two entities in Poland are misguided and says that Vekselberg has no management or possession of any Sulzer entity.
The company says it’ll continue to do everything in its energy to petition for a removal from the sanctions record, whereas fully complying with the sanctions presently levied towards Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Poland and Sulzer Turbo Services Poland.
Sulzer has 192 employees in Poland and the group is continuing to offer help to the families impacted by the native Polish sanctions.

Sulzer isn’t sanctioned in another country or authorized entity.
